First things first...
You need to 'catch our eye' by Monday 25th February 2013.
A traditional CV and covering letter alone is no longer going to cut it. Instead, we want you to do something that will grab our attention and make you stand out from the crowd. We want you to show us why you should be part of Lexis' next generation in a creative way and a way that is relevant to the PR industry and its changing landscape.
You need to email your 'catch our eye' application to grads@lexisagency.com. Your application must:
- Include your name and contact details as well as copy of your CV
- Demonstrate how you fit the above criteria and why we should employ you over any other applicant
- Be in format that can be emailed to us and that we can easily access
- Above all, your application needs to be relevant to Lexis and the skills we are looking for

THE APPLICATION FORM
Candidates who successfully 'catch our eye' with their applications will be sent an application form, which needs to be completed and returned to us by Monday 18th March 2013.
THE INTERVIEW
Successful candidates will be invited for a first interview at the Lexis offices, sometime at the beginning of April.
FINAL STAGE...
'Make me your next generation!' - The Assessment Day
If you make it this far you'll be asked to attend an assessment day during the Easter holidays in April. This will be a really fun, interactive and inspiring day where you'll get to meet previous grads, more of the team and get put through your paces with 'apprentice' style tasks to demonstrate your skills.
